Amaline Theatre Company - Providing original, high quality, amateur productions in Cardiff

About Us

Born in November 2005, Amaline Theatre Productions is a self-financing adult group based in Cardiff. Amaline's mission is to provide original, high quality, amateur productions.  We aim to produce fresh, innovative and exciting productions for audiences of a wide age range to enjoy.  Our most recent productions have used a small amount of film to extend the story and provide a greater experience for the audience.

Amaline Theatre Productions was set up by
Jacqueline Davies  and Amanda Gaisford.

Amaline has completed ten productions to date :-
'In Gwen's Day' in May 2006, 'Magnolia Christmas' in December 2006,'The Dead Wait' in June 2007, 'Demens House' in October 2007,  'Ghost Sleuthers' in March 2009, 'Wedding Shots' in July 2009,
'Kill Cameron' in December 2010,  'Bang on Trend'  in May 2011 and 'Whatever Happened to the Ghost Sleuthers?'in November 2011. Production 11 'The Edge of Glory' will be performed in March 2012.

In May 2011, a decision was made to change the name slightly from Amaline Theatre Company to the present name.  This was in response to the mixed media productions we have been producing.  This also allows us to explore fresh ways of storytelling through new media.

To take part in future productions, please contact us and we will add your name to our mailing list.
